Epicon Capital Club Terms and Conditions

1. Membership Eligibility
Membership in the Epicon Capital Club (hereinafter referred to as "the Club") is open to entrepreneurs, c-suite executives and investors who meet the Club's criteria.
All applications are subject to approval by the Club's management.

2. Membership Fees
By attending the Dubai Family Office Summit with the Platinum or Golden plan, your Membership is automatically activated, granting you access to the Epicon Community. A Linkedin-like online platform to post your activities and chat with other members.

3. Membership Benefits
Members gain access to a network of entrepreneurs, executives and investors.
Benefits include introductions to family offices, venture capitalists and private investors, along with access to exclusive events and resources.

4. Non-Refund Policy
All membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Once paid, membership fees will not be refunded for any reason, including but not limited to resignation or termination of membership.

5. Code of Conduct
Members are expected to uphold the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
Any behavior deemed inappropriate or detrimental to the Club's reputation will result in termination of membership without refund.

6. Termination of Membership
The Club reserves the right to terminate membership at its discretion.
Members who wish to terminate their membership must provide written notice. However, no refunds will be issued for any remaining membership period.

7. Confidentiality
Members must respect the confidentiality of other members and the Club's proprietary information.
Unauthorized sharing of confidential information is grounds for termination of membership.

8. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
The Club reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
Members will be notified of any changes via email or through the Club's website.

9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Center.
Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of the DIFC.

By becoming a member of the Epicon Capital Club, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.

• By purchasing a Membership Plan through our platform, you agree to the collection, processing and storage of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We are committed to safeguarding your data and ensuring its confidentiality.
• In certain cases, we may engage third-party service providers. These providers will be bound by confidentiality obligations and will only use your information for the purposes specified by us.
• By purchasing a Membership Plan, you consent to receiving communication related to your transaction, event information and promotional offers. You can opt out of promotional communications at any time.
• No Refund Policy: All sales are final, non-refundable and non-transferable. Please carefully review your order before completing the purchase.
• In the unlikely scenario of a change in schedule, venue or cancellation of our events, we will make reasonable efforts to notify ticket holders. However, we are not responsible for any costs incurred due to such changes, including but not limited to travel and accommodation expenses.
• Unauthorized resale or transfer of tickets may result in cancellation without refund.
• We reserve the right to refuse entry of any person whose conduct is deemed disorderly or inappropriate without refund.
