Dubai Family Office Investment Summit 4th Edition

Introduction

The 4th Edition of the Dubai Family Office Investment Summit, organized by Epicon Capital Club,  brought together an exclusive audience of global Family Offices, Investors and Entrepreneurs. With  the theme “Old Money Meets New Money,” the Summit served as a bridge between traditional  wealth holders and the next generation of investors driving innovation, sustainability and global  expansion. 

Keynote Address 

Speaker: Ayman Al Awadhi, Managing Director, The Corporate Group, UAE

Mr. Al Awadhi opened the summit with an inspiring keynote on “Building Sustainable Wealth  through Strategic Partnerships.” He emphasized Dubai’s role as a trusted global hub for innovation  and collaboration, highlighting the importance of long-term, governance-driven growth for Family  Offices and Investors.

Roundtable 1: Investing in Healthcare Innovation

This discussion, moderated by Sandra Spencer, explored how AI, data and sustainability are driving  healthcare innovation in the UAE and beyond. Entrepreneurs and investors shared perspectives on  digital health, wellness, and preventive care.  

Dr. Andrey Perfilyev discussed AI-enabled clinical infrastructure, while investors like Omer Zabit  from Shorooq addressed the challenges of scaling healthcare startups in the region. The group  agreed that regulation still lags behind technology, but that this gap creates opportunity.  Key takeaways included the need for compatible data systems, ethical frameworks and a shift  toward holistic, preventive healthcare. With its advanced infrastructure and flexible policy environment, the UAE is well positioned to lead regional innovation in AI-driven health  ecosystems. 

Roundtable 2: Sustainability & Profitability | Finding the Balance

This roundtable moderated by Andrew J. Cary, united Business Leaders, Academics and  Entrepreneurs to discuss sustainability through the lens of conscious capitalism. Conversations  revolved around water and energy security, food transparency and waste management. Speakers such as Dr. Samiullah Khan and Stefano Campagna shared insights on bridging  profitability with sustainability. Participants stressed the importance of measuring true costs,  including lifecycle and environmental impact, to make sustainability financially viable. Key barriers identified were cultural attitudes, policy differences and awareness gaps. The  dialogue concluded that profit and sustainability can coexist when supported by innovation,  accountability and education, marking a decisive shift toward conscious, measurable impact. 

Roundtable 3: Blockchain, Web3 & Tokenization of Real Assets

This session brought together Investors, Entrepreneurs and Finance Professionals to explore how  blockchain and tokenization are reshaping the investment landscape, particularly for Family  Offices. Moderated by Pascal De Keyser, the discussion highlighted how education, regulation and  collaboration define the pace of adoption.  

Participants introduced ventures in real estate tokenization, AI-driven compliance and digital asset  management. While liquidity and accessibility were seen as major benefits, the lack of harmonized  regulations and clarity on asset rights remain key barriers.  

The group agreed that the future of tokenization depends on uniform regulation, interoperability  across jurisdictions and investor education. Once these frameworks mature, tokenization will  unlock liquidity, access and transparency across global markets. 

Roundtable 4: The Rise of Artificial Intelligence | Opportunities and Challenges  Across Industries

A cross-sector roundtable of leaders from Venture Capital, Academia and Technology examined  how Artificial Intelligence is transforming industries, education and ethics. The conversation,  moderated by Bonar Sihombing, focused on the role of critical thinking in prompting AI effectively,  with participants agreeing that AI amplifies human capability but cannot replace judgment.  They discussed AI’s applications in research, productivity and decision-making while emphasizing  the need for oversight and ethical guardrails. Education and corporate training were seen as  essential to promoting integrity and accountability in AI use.  

The session concluded that while AI can automate and enhance, its moral responsibility must  remain human-led, reminding us that technology should serve people, not replace them.

Conclusion

The 4th Dubai Family Office Investment Summit successfully united Influential Investors,  Visionary Entrepreneurs and Thought Leaders under one roof. Through its interactive roundtables  and keynote sessions, the summit reinforced Dubai’s leadership as the global nexus for Family  Office collaboration and cross-border investment opportunities.
