1. Introduction
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and participation in all summits, events and related services organized by Epicon Capital Club LLC (“Epicon”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a private members club based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
By registering for, attending, or participating in any Epicon Capital Club event (the “Summit” or “Event”), you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must refrain from participating.

2. Nature of the Summits
Epicon Capital Club summits are private, invitation-only or approved-access events designed for:

• Family offices

• Institutional investors

• High-net-worth individuals

• Founders and operators

Participation is subject to approval and may be revoked at our sole discretion.

3. Registration and Admission

• All registrations are subject to review and approval by Epicon

• We reserve the right to accept or reject any application without explanation

• Access credentials (badges, invitations, digital passes) are non-transferable

• Attendees must provide accurate and complete information at registration

Epicon reserves the right to deny entry at the event if credentials are misused or if conduct does not align with our standards.

4. Code of Conduct
All attendees agree to maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion, including:

• Respectful engagement with all participants

• No harassment, solicitation, or inappropriate behavior

• No unauthorized promotion, selling, or pitching

• Adherence to dress code and event protocols

Epicon reserves the right to remove any participant from the event without refund if behavior is deemed inappropriate or damaging to the environment.

5. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure
Given the nature of discussions at Epicon summits:

• Attendees agree to treat all shared information as strictly confidential

• No recording (audio, video, photography) is permitted without prior written consent

• Investment opportunities, conversations and introductions are private and off-the-record

Breach of confidentiality may result in:

• Immediate removal

• Permanent exclusion from future events

• Legal action where applicable

6. No Investment Advice
Epicon Capital Club does not provide financial, legal, or investment advice.

• All content, discussions and introductions are for informational purposes only

• Any investment decisions are made solely at the participant’s own risk

• Epicon does not guarantee outcomes, returns, or opportunities

Participants are advised to conduct their own independent due diligence.

7. Payments, Fees and Refunds

• All tickets, delegate passes and sponsorships must be paid in full prior to the event

• Ticket Fees and Membership Fees are final, non-refundable and non-transferable with no exceptions.

• In case of event rescheduling, fees will be transferred to the new date

• Epicon is not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or external costs incurred

8. Event Changes and Cancellation
Epicon reserves the right to:

• Modify the event agenda, speakers, venue, or timing

• Postpone or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances

• Cancel the event where necessary

In such cases, Epicon’s liability is limited to the value of the ticket purchased.

9. Intellectual Property
All content related to the Summit, including but not limited to:

• Branding

• Materials

• Presentations

• Event formats

are the exclusive property of Epicon Capital Club.
No materials may be copied, distributed, or reproduced without prior written consent.

10. Media and Photography
By attending the Summit, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Epicon may capture photos and videos during the event

• Such materials may be used for marketing, promotional and media purposes

If you wish to opt out, you must notify us in writing prior to the event.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Epicon shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses

• This includes loss of business, investment, opportunity, or reputation

• Epicon is not responsible for interactions or agreements made between participants

All participation is at your own risk.

12. Data Protection
Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By attending the Summit, you consent to:

• Collection and processing of your data

• Use of your information for event facilitation and communications

13. Force Majeure
Epicon shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to:

• Acts of God

• Government restrictions

• Pandemics

• Travel disruptions

• Venue unavailability

• Force majeure

14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
